In preparation for the Spa Life UK 2016 Conference the Organisers are proposing to undertake a series of Mystery Shop phone calls to a selection of spa facilities to understand customer service standards across our growing industry.

This research will be completed by PROINSIGHT, specialists in Mystery Shopping and Customer Research and a summary of the results will be delivered at Spa Life UK 2016 by Lesley Aitken as part of an insightful presentation on customer service.

Spa Life is seeking 20 spas to participate in this survey and all participating venues will receive a complimentary, personalised report of their spa's performance from ProInsight worth £105, plus a recording of your calls for training purposes.

Spa Life stresses that all results presented during the Conference will be anonymous and individual facilities will not be identified by name (unless, of course you demonstrated exemplary customer service and wish to be identified as such!)
