Spa Life operates a 30-day grace period during which time you may cancel your booking at any time. Thereafter your booking will be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £1,000 + VAT.

Any multi-event discount or relevant promotional rates will be deducted before the invoices are issued.

By submitting this form, you are entering into a formal contract between your company and the organisers (Spa Life) under the terms stated.

Please note: if your application is successful, your participation must be secured with non-refundable deposit of £1,000 or 25% of the total fee, whichever is the greater, within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Failure to pay the deposit may void your application and your provisional space may be released and offered to another brand.
