Terms and Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions for all Spa Life events.

Submission of a Registration Form (whether on-line or by mail) establishes a formal contract between your company and Spa Life Events Ltd, or Spa Life International Ltd (the Organisers) under the terms and conditions below.

  1. INCLUSIONS: Your registration fee includes some, or all, of the following subject to the ticket option selected:
  • Attendance at the Spa Life Convention
  • Series of meetings in the Speed-Networking Forum
  • Keynote presentations
  • Seminar programme
  • Access to Supplier Showcase / EXPO Arena
  • Extensive informal networking activities.
  • Lunch and refreshments throughout each day.
  • Gala Dinner
  • Pre-event drinks reception/ BBQ.
  1. PAYMENTS: In all cases, payment MUST be received prior to the date of the specified event. Delegates failing to meet these terms will be excluded from the Event. Credit Card payments also accepted.
  1. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: To receive the any promotional discounts, Registrations must be completed by the published deadline dates and payment terms observed. Late payment may result in your discount becoming void and the full rate becoming payable. Where payment conditions are fully met, your discount will be applied prior to invoice being raised.
  1. ATTENDANCE: Access to all aspects of the Event is subject to receipt of full payment in advance.

  2. CANCELLATION:

5.1     BUYER Packages: Submission of a completed Application Form commits your company to participate in the speed-networking forum at the Spa Life Convention and attend all arranged meetings. If the original delegate(s) is/are unable to attend, you agree that a suitable alternative representative shall attend as a replacement, or your company will be liable for a penalty charge of £500/ €500 + VAT. 

5.2    PREMIUM/ GALA/ Conference Tickets: In the case of the above ticket types, if a delegate is unable to attend, these tickets are transferable, subject to notifying the Organisers in advance. You must provide the name(s) and contact details and any dietary requirements of the alternative delegates. Where no replacements can be provided, no refunds will be offered.

5.3    For the avoidance of doubt: Total fees remain payable should the delegate(s) cancel a confirmed booking and in the case of a BUYER Package, an alternative delegate must attend, or your company will be liable for a penalty charge of £500/ €500 + VAT.

5.4    Cancellation by the Organiser: If the Organisers should cancel part or all of Spa Life Convention, payments (where applicable) made in respect of each Event will be refunded in full. The Organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss incurred due to such cancellation.

  1. Please note where attendance at Drinks Receptions and / or Networking Dinners is included within the booking fee, delegates are required to attend these Receptions/ Dinners and must not make alternative arrangements without prior agreement with the Organisers.
  1. ACCOMMODATION: In the case of Packages / special offers involving accommodation, said accommodation is included on a shared occupancy basis - i.e. 2 persons per room – unless single rooms are requested, and a supplement is paid. Breakfast is included in all accommodation packages and in some cases, Dinner will also be provided, subject to ticket type. (Please check inclusions at time of booking). The Organisers will attempt to secure preferential rates with the Hotel for additional rooms if these are required. Please contact the Organisers to make individual arrangements as required.
  1. Acceptance of Terms. Your signature (or ticking the box in online form) indicates your acceptance the above-stated terms & conditions and confirms you are authorised to make this commitment on behalf of your company.
