The unique elevated fitness board and training programme have been created to build strength, balance and flexibility as well as boost co-ordination and agility.
Taking inspiration whilst stretching by a riverbed in Brazil, founder Johnny G realised that being able to reach under the ground would expand movement and enable deeper stretches.
This led to the development of In-Trinity®, which is intended to 'breathe new life' into traditional practices such as yoga, pilates and martial arts, whilst promoting physical and mental wellbeing for all fitness levels.
The boards can be used for group training or during individual workout sessions, making for a highly versatile piece of equipment.
