HI, I'M EMMA, I'm a nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner who loves to help people thrive.
I offer Corporate Wellness Services, Group Programmes and 1-2-1 Programmes.
I work with clients on-line, both nationally and internationally and have helped hundreds of clients achieve their long-term goals of good health, and have had experience with gut health, female health, weight loss, autoimmunity, peri/menopause, men’s health and have a personal interest with skin health.
I studied for four years at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond and am now a registered nutritional therapist with the governing bodies of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I have also completed the Nutrigenomics Practitioner course with LifeCodeGX and am a qualified Nutrigenomics Practitioner.
