The Australian holistic wellness and skin science house announces A Woman’s Journey, a complete perimenopause and menopause programme for luxury spas. Built around two new botanical blends, the Peri Balancing and Pause Restorative Botanical Blends, it gives spas four flexible tiers of treatment, from a simple massage upgrade to multi-day programmes, with training, menu copy and guest education included. A Woman’s Journey launches to partner spas worldwide in November 2026, opening a women’s health category that remains underrepresented on most spa menus.
The Blends
- Peri Balancing Botanical Blend. For the fluctuations of perimenopause. Davana, used in Farida’s clinic for decades for irritability and mood swings, is paired with Clary Sage, long valued in aromatherapy for women’s balance, and with Mogra and Kewda, botanicals known for balancing the female energy, as well as being used in sleep programs. Jatamansi, likened in Ayurveda to Valerian and long used for restful sleep, and Rhu Khus ground and settle. Saffron brightens while activating the sacral chakra, and Gul Heena cools, in a base of sesame and brahmi. On the skin, it is formulated for the warmth, sensitivity and reactivity that can accompany this transition.
- Pause Restorative Botanical Blend. For menopause and beyond, when skin often becomes drier and more reactive. Sandalwood, traditionally prized in Ayurveda for women’s wellbeing and known for its phytoestrogenic compounds, joins Himalayan Cedarwood and Jatamansi, a root used in Ayurveda for centuries to calm the mind and support restful sleep. The blend also works to invigorate a depleted nervous system, which can happen in this stage of transition.
For Spa Partners
- Flexible by design. Spas choose the tiers that suit their menu, space and team. Many will start with the standalone massages, which use existing massage certification, then add the Journeys and programmes as demand grows.
- Simple to introduce. No new equipment is needed. Partners receive therapist training, menu copy, counter cards and an education-led campaign, with launch terms agreed through their Account Manager.
• Built for return visits. The stage-specific Journeys and multi-session programmes give guests a reason to rebook, while the 50ml and 100ml blends carry the ritual home and into retail. - Guest engagement beyond the spa. A dedicated Perimenopause and Menopause digital hub, linked from every carton, offers films on the Aromatic Dressing, a guided affirmation with Farida and rituals for grounding and sleep.
