• Friday – Arrive and unwind
Settle into your Premium Balcony Room, where a festive goodie bag will be waiting. The weekend begins with a welcome smoothie, healthy snacks and an introduction to the retreat, followed by time to explore the spa’s thermal facilities and a gentle Winter Unwind Yoga session.
As evening falls, enjoy a two-course festive wellness dinner before easing into candlelight crystal sound meditation, accompanied by a warming herbal infusion.
• Saturday – Restore and celebrate
Begin the day with an opening flower ceremony and Rise & Glow Yoga, followed by a buffet breakfast. There is then time for personal journalling before an Unwind Ritual in the steam room and sauna.
A two-course Ayurvedic lunch follows, along with a choice of a 25-minute refreshing facial or head massage. The afternoon is free for exploring the Genuine Jersey Christmas Market, making the most of the spa or simply taking some time out.
In the evening, gather for another two-course festive wellness dinner, accompanied by a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine. A festive sing-along and herbal infusion bring the day to a relaxed close.
• Sunday – A slow morning and farewell
Enjoy a final Winter Unwind Yoga session before sitting down to a buffet breakfast before checkout at 11am.
