ChitoCare Beauty has introduced INNSÆI, a new professional spa collection combining Icelandic-inspired formulations with the company's patented marine biotechnology.
Developed by Primex, a specialist in marine chitosan production with more than 25 years of expertise, ChitoCare Beauty is the first skincare brand to incorporate premium marine chitosan across its entire product portfolio.
Named after the Icelandic word innsæi, meaning intuition or "inner knowing", the collection has been created for luxury spas, hotels and wellness destinations seeking products that combine evidence-led formulations with a premium treatment experience.
The range includes hair care, body care, facial products and home fragrance, with each formulation featuring a blend of marine chitosan, marine collagen and geothermal silica sourced from Iceland. Central to the collection is the brand's ChitoCare® Repair technology, developed to support skin hydration, barrier function and overall skin and hair health.
Marine chitosan used throughout the collection is produced from upcycled Nordic shrimp shells sourced from Icelandic waters. Manufacturing takes place using renewable geothermal energy, reflecting the brand's focus on circular resource use and lower-impact production.
Designed for both professional treatment and guest use, the collection is presented in refillable aluminium packaging and is available in formats suitable for treatment rooms, spa retail and hotel amenities.
