The UK Spa Association is delighted to announce the addition of new board members to the existing UKSA board.
After an unprecedented number of applications from across the industry, followed by a democratic shortlisting process and extensive interviews, the UKSA Board is about to grow, with the addition of six further members.
The new members are all highly experienced professionals, with a range of specialisations, the key component being their work ethic, passion for the industry and willingness to work with the board to change and improve the industry.
The new board are:
- Jason Adams, Managing Director of The Headland Hotel
- Amy Bates, Founder of The Beauty Rebellion
- Rachel Bevan, Spa Development Manager for Ellisons
- Matthew Prosser, Senior Sales Director EMEA for Agilysys
- Laura Freeman, Group Spa Manager for Center Parcs
- Jean Wing Hing, Director at 4Leisure Recruitment.
Bobby Griffiths, General Manager of the UK Spa Association, said, ‘We are thrilled to welcome our new board members. We were originally looking to add 4 additional board members but the level of interest and the standard of applications has just blown us away and we are now in a position where we can really start to make the changes that we have strived for in our industry. It is going to be a very exciting year for the UKSA.’
