Red Hotels will be working with TRYBE for all spa bookings, from treatments, to sensory spa garden sessions, to packages, as well as their activities, arts and crafting experiences.
Bedruthan and Scarlet hotel wanted an all-in-one provider that could enhance their guests’ online booking experience, that allows for a seamless journey from logging on to their websites, to checking out their basket, to arriving onsite.
The Red Hotels teams can access the software on any device, anywhere, thanks to TRYBE's cloud-native platform. Updates happen in real-time, ensuring reports reflect the latest information, and team scheduling is updated live on the website for customer reservations.
TRYBE also integrates with the properties’ PMS system, Guestline and overnight booking engine, Profitroom.
