TRYBE has announced a new integration partnership with Infor, bringing together hotel property management, spa operations and leisure activity management within a connected technology ecosystem.
The collaboration links TRYBE's cloud-based spa, activity and leisure management platform with Infor's hospitality software suite, enabling hotels, resorts and leisure operators to manage guest experiences and associated revenue streams through more closely connected systems.
The integration addresses a longstanding challenge for hospitality businesses, where accommodation, spa treatments, leisure activities and guest spending are often managed through separate platforms. These disconnected systems can create duplicate data entry, fragmented guest information and additional administrative workload for operational teams.
Through the new integration, bookings and charges generated within TRYBE, including spa treatments, activities and leisure services, can be transferred directly into Infor's Property Management System. Operators will also be able to consolidate guest information and access reporting across departments, supporting greater operational visibility and more informed decision-making.
The companies say the integration has been designed to help hospitality businesses streamline back-office processes while providing a more seamless experience for guests throughout their stay.
The solution also supports multi-property operations, allowing hotel groups and resort operators to centralise guest data and reporting across multiple locations.
Commenting on the partnership, Alan Young, VP, Strategy at Infor, said: "Today's hospitality operators demand technology that works in concert with each other — driving operational performance while delivering the exceptional guest experiences that define modern hospitality. Our partnership with TRYBE brings that vision to life by creating a more connected ecosystem for hotels, spas and leisure facilities, enabling teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes and deliver a smoother experience for guests throughout their stay."
Ricky Daniels, co-founder of TRYBE, added: "We're excited to partner with Infor, a recognised leader in hospitality technology with a strong global presence. Together, we're helping hospitality operators create more connected guest journeys while simplifying day-to-day operations behind the scenes. This integration is another step forward in our mission to help hotels, spas and leisure businesses deliver seamless experiences powered by smart, scalable technology."
The announcement reflects a broader trend across the hospitality sector towards greater systems integration, as operators seek to unify guest data, improve efficiency and maximise ancillary revenue opportunities across accommodation, wellness and leisure services.
