Seafront landmark The Grand Brighton has entered a new chapter following a £17 million refurbishment, introducing a new wellness offering including the UK’s first hotel partnership with Swiss skincare brand L.RAPHAEL.
Overlooking the seafront near the historic West Pier, the hotel’s redesigned rooms and suites feature coastal-inspired interiors intended to reflect the colours and calm of the surrounding shoreline.
Central to the transformation is the launch of the L.RAPHAEL Beauty Spa & Wellness, which opened in September 2025. The new spa combines advanced skincare treatments with relaxation facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and experience shower.
The development forms part of a wider repositioning of the historic hotel as a coastal wellness destination, complementing its traditional seaside setting with contemporary spa facilities and treatments.
Nightly rates at The Grand Brighton start from £150 on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
