The hotel will be using TRYBE for its online booking feature following a recent renovation where guests now have access to treatment and massage rooms. TRYBE gives The Bath Hotel the ability to have live therapist availability for their treatment rooms that feed into the online calendar in real time benefiting both the hotel, and their guests. The Bath Hotel will also be utilising TRYBE’s groundbreaking integration with Profitroom; online overnight spa bookings are now fully automated allowing for the room reservation to automatically land into their PMS, whilst the spa booking lands into TRYBE.
By offering an online booking option for treatments and enabling the purchase of retail products online, The Bath Hotel provides guests with the convenience to make transactions at any time, ensuring a continuous stream of revenue. TRYBE’s software is cloud-native, and therefore, always on with no downtime. One client reported an 81% increase in revenue within the first three months of implementing the software, with the average customer spend up 13%.
