Performance-led clinical SPF skincare brand SunsolveMD by The Solve MD are delighted to announce Serina Sandhu as its new Global Commercial Director, bringing 16 years of experience in the cosmetics industry to the brand as it continues to expand further into the skincare and lifestyle sphere since its launch in 2025.
Sandhu is a highly accomplished global commercial leader with extensive experience across luxury beauty, wellness, retail and international distribution, having most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Aromatherapy Associates.
Known for translating founder vision into high-growth commercial strategies, driving digital transformation and leading high-performing cross-functional teams, having held previous senior roles at VOYA Organic Beauty, Natura Bissé, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and Shu Uemura (L'Oréal Luxe), where she drove commercial expansion into leading UK retailers including Harrods and Selfridges.
At TheSolveMD, she will lead global commercial growth across all brand channels, including retail, DTC, clinical and international expansion, whilst supporting the brand’s continued focus to bring innovative and industry-leading formulations to market.
