Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has announced 12 new signings in the last quarter, taking its global portfolio to 112 destinations across 27 countries.
The latest agreements form part of the group's continued international expansion, with new projects planned across 13 markets including Hanoi, Manama and Milan. Over the past three years, SHG says it has grown by more than 150%, strengthening its presence across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Among the upcoming openings is METT Milan, launching this summer within Torre Velasca. The development will also feature dining concepts SUSHISAMBA and MIA, alongside private members' club Madison House.
In Dubai, SHG will launch Kapitol later this month, introducing a new entertainment-led concept combining social gaming with food and beverage experiences. The group will also open Qasbah later this year, a Pan-Arab dining concept inspired by traditional gathering places and Moroccan influences.
Commenting on the latest expansion, Antonio Gonzalez, Chairman and Group CEO of Sunset Hospitality Group, said:
"Sunset is the most successful lifestyle group, and the fastest growing in its category, full stop. We are building a full ecosystem of lifestyle experience with 112 addresses, 55 more coming, 12 new signings this quarter alone. Kapitol is us going bigger and bolder than we ever have, and it's the start of a whole new vertical for this Group. Qasbah is built from something real: a gathering place, reimagined for a city that's always gathering people from everywhere. And METT Milan, inside Torre Velasca, is us proving we can take an iconic landmark and give it a new soul. This is Sunset: we create, build and operate the best lifestyle hotels, the best restaurants and beach clubs, the best experiences around the world… for our clients to come together and celebrate life."
