Subtle Energies has appointed Victoria Dello-ioio as Regional Director, EMEA, as the wellness brand enters a new phase of international commercial and clinical growth. The appointment brings dedicated senior leadership to one of the company’s most significant global regions, reflecting continued expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Victoria joins the business with almost three decades of experience in the luxury spa and beauty sectors, having held senior leadership positions with brands including Shiseido, Natura Bissé and Sothys.
Her previous roles included Head of Spa EMEA at Shiseido, alongside responsibility for developing luxury hospitality partnerships and market expansion strategies within the spa sector.
In her new role, Victoria will oversee commercial development, strategic partnerships, account management and training across the EMEA region, where Subtle Energies already partners with a number of international luxury hospitality and wellness destinations.
Her appointment comes during a period of continued innovation for the brand, which has recently expanded its professional spa offering through a new tiered treatment menu structure and digital training platform designed to support scalable therapist education.
Subtle Energies has also introduced advanced face and body treatments focused on lifting and contouring techniques designed to deliver clinically inspired results without the need for aesthetic machinery investment.
Victoria Dello-ioio said: “Subtle Energies is a genuinely rare brand where the clinical depth, philosophical integrity and product quality are entirely aligned with the calibre of partner it works with.
“I look forward to building on the strong foundations already established and supporting the next generation of luxury spa partnerships across the EMEA region.”
Nick Irani, Co-Founder and CEO of Subtle Energies, added: “Victoria’s international reputation, industry knowledge and long-standing relationships across the luxury spa sector made her the natural choice for this role.
"As a family-founded business, relationships and shared values remain central to everything we do, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
The appointment reflects wider momentum within the global wellness sector, as spa and hospitality brands increasingly invest in advanced treatment education, personalised wellness programming and strategic regional growth.
