One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa has unveiled an exclusive partnership with Laura Thomas Co, an award-winning, sustainable lifestyle brand based just 26 miles away in North Berwick.
The collaboration marks Laura Thomas Co’s first spa partnership and sees its natural, refillable products, already a favourite among 150 boutique hotels across the UK and Europe, introduced to Edinburgh’s leading urban wellness destination.
Central to the partnership is Balance & Restore, a bespoke 80-minute treatment designed to soothe mind and body using gentle, flowing massage techniques and plant-based oils created exclusively for One Spa.
Guests are invited to begin the treatment with a deep lavender infused inhalation before enjoying a full-body massage using Laura Thomas Co’s Glow Body Oil. The treatment concludes with a calming facial using the brand’s rosehip-infused Boost Face Oil – all crafted from 100% natural ingredients.
Laura Thomas, founder of Laura Thomas Co, said: “To have the opportunity to bring a sense of Scottish coastal calm into the city is really special. This collaboration lets us showcase our values of sustainability and simplicity while offering a truly luxurious experience. One Spa is the perfect partner to bring that vision to life.”
The ‘Escape to the Coast’ package includes the full ‘Balance & Restore’ treatment, a three-hour Escape at One session featuring access to the rooftop Hydropool, thermal suite and poolside sauna, plus a Laura Thomas Co gift candle and mini tub of Arran Ice Cream, providing guests a keepsake of their serene experience.
Heather Roy, Spa Treatments Manager at One Spa who spent five years as an ESPA International Trainer, designed the treatment plan. She said: “Our bespoke offering is a result of an intensive deep dive into the Laura Thomas brand with Laura, and we’re extremely pleased at the end result.
“We’ve already had very positive feedback from guests, and we’re excited to see this partnership solidify even further.”
Alongside the treatment, One Spa will retail a curated selection of hand washes, lotions and candles from Laura Thomas Co, allowing guests to take a piece of their experience home.
Fiona Young, Spa Director at One Spa, said: “This is more than just a new treatment, it’s a celebration of local, sustainable wellness. Laura’s ethos aligns beautifully with our values and the response from guests has already been fantastic.”
The new offering reinforces One Spa’s place as a leader in Scottish wellness – just as the Sheraton Grand prepares to celebrate four decades of luxury hospitality in Edinburgh.
