October 23–25: Dr. Barbara Sturm – Anti-Inflammatory Living

October 17 – November 12: Alex Scrimgeour – Self-Healing with Facial Reflexology
Accomplished bodywork therapist Alex Scrimgeour offers a rare residency in Vietnamese Dien Chan Facial Reflexology, a treatment that maps and stimulates pressure points across the face to release micro-tension, reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and promote overall balance. His Full Body Reflexology combines facial, hand, and foot reflexology to unlock deep relaxation and improve systemic health.
