Health and wellness music platform Myndstream has unveiled a new scheduling feature for The Stream, its B2B streaming platform that spas use to personalise spa guest experiences with music. The update is built around one idea: making it effortless for therapists to instantly deliver the perfect music tailored to every treatment.
Between every booking, therapists typically have to match music to treatment length, then reset the room before the next guest arrives. When time is tight, personalisation is often the first thing to slip and the room defaults to whatever was already playing.
Myndstream's new scheduling update removes that trade-off. Spa teams and directors can plan a full day, week or multiple months of music in advance, including what plays in the gaps between treatments. Now, every guest enjoys music designed for their session, and therapists can flow through their treatment schedule seamlessly and remain present for every client.
The result is personalised music for every ritual as the default, and up to an hour of administrative time saved for therapists every week. As an added benefit, the new update empowers therapists to build quick mental resets into their own schedule as they refresh between clients, protecting their energy throughout the day.
The update also launches with a calendar integration, so spa teams can align their Myndstream schedule with their treatment calendar. Plus, to ensure the experience is uninterrupted, Myndstream downloads all scheduled soundscapes to the device 24 hours ahead, so playback continues even if the internet drops mid-session.
Freddie Moross, Myndstream Founder, said: "Every therapist should be able to personalise every treatment, not just the ones who have time to do it manually. That's precisely what this update is built for, alongside giving spa teams back time and keeping them in control of the experience."
