One of the Swiss Alps’ leading health & wellbeing resorts has launched four new holistic haki rituals
The haki method, a holistic concept focused on the head, has been available in eastern Switzerland’s Grand Resort Bad Ragaz since 2014. Founder of the haki philosophy, Harald Kitz, has exclusively created the four new haki rituals, which will be delivered in a specially designed treatment suite in the resort’s Tamina Therme Spa.
The restorative new haki treatments have been created to help re-establish natural balance and strength to guests’ emotional and physical wellbeing. Kitz has combined space, music, sound, colours, fragrances and thermal water to create the new treatment suite, which will help people find their rhythm during the unique experiences.
‘Guests who use the new suite can set aside any pressure that is weighing down on them and place themselves in our capable hands. As therapists, our aim is to help them discover a new strength and to return to their body’s natural balance,’ says Kitz.
