Million Dollar Facial has strengthened its commercial leadership with the appointment of Amy Holland-Rathmill as Head of Sales and Business Development, adding almost 20 years of experience across the international spa, beauty and aesthetics sectors.
Holland-Rathmill began her global spa career with OneSpaWorld (formerly Steiner), serving as Sales and Revenue Manager across a range of luxury cruise lines. During her time based in Miami, she led high-performing teams, elevated onboard spa revenues and delivered strategic growth across varied international markets.
Upon returning to the UK, she joined Elemis, where she played a key role in expanding brand reach and accelerating commercial performance across major national spa territories. Her transition to Million Dollar Facial at the end of 2025 reflects a natural progression of her expertise, combining commercial leadership with a strong grounding in holistic therapy and advanced aesthetics.
In her new role, Holland-Rathmill will work closely with spas, clinics and beauty therapists to support exceptional treatment delivery, strengthen commercial performance and build long?term partnership?led growth across the professional skincare and aesthetics channel.
