The award-winning Manor House Hotel and Spa based in Alsager is thrilled to have sold out of spaces on its second wellness retreat, Stillness and Sound: The Floating Escape, and has now added an additional date to keep up with demand. The second date will take place on Saturday 8th March 2025.
Stillness and Sound: The Floating Escape, taking place on both the 1st March and 8th March 2025, offers guests a tranquil immersion into the art of sound bathing, featuring an exclusive hour-long sound bath experience in the hotel’s serene indoor pool.
Collaborating with renowned local sound bathing practitioner Carlie, from Soul Connections, the retreats invite guests to embrace a profound sense of calm.
Participants will be guided into the spa’s peaceful indoor pool, where they will be provided with floating beds, pillows, and eye masks. Enveloped in a feeling of weightlessness, guests will drift into deep relaxation as the gentle vibrations of specialised sound bowls create an immersive sensory experience that soothes the mind and body. Following this transformative experience, guests are welcome to use the award-winning spa for the rest of the day, to extend the feeling of elevated wellbeing.
The Manor House Hotel & Spa is celebrated for its luxurious English Country Spa Garden, which features over 18 distinct spa experiences. Recently rated an impressive 9/10 by The Sunday Times Spa Guide, the venue is known for its stunning heated outdoor facilities, including a swim-up bar, hanging day beds with individual heaters. Guests can explore unique amenities such as the Potting Shed Herbal Sauna, the Panoramic Laconicum with Swing Seats, the Salt Steam Inhalation Chamber, and secluded private hot tubs, all complemented by an icy Plunge Bath for invigorating contrast therapy.
