Laceby Manor Spa and Resort is encouraging guests to take time out for their physical and mental wellbeing with the launch of its new bespoke treatment, the Sculpt and Soothe Ritual.
Available as part of a limited edition full spa day throughout June, the new ritual has been created by Spa Therapy Manager Lisa Sargent and the Laceby Manor spa team in response to the growing demand for wellness-led treatments that go beyond traditional spa experiences.
Designed to help guests feel calmer, lighter and restored, the Sculpt & Soothe Ritual is a face-up wellness experience that combines grounding relaxation techniques, therapeutic massage, lymphatic-inspired movements and restorative touch to create a deeply soothing experience for both body and mind. The facial element is enhanced with cooling cryo spoons to help depuff and gently sculpt the face, leaving guests feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed.
Lisa Sargent, Spa Therapy Manager at Laceby Manor Spa and Resort, said: “Life can feel incredibly chaotic and stressful, so we wanted to create something we had never done before - a treatment that helps guests slow down, reset and come back to a place of calm and balance.
“We wanted this to be about more than just the physical benefits. It is about mindset and mental wellbeing too. Life moves so fast, and it can be difficult to truly relax and switch off. The main benefit of this treatment is helping to reset the nervous system and create a sense of calm.”
The launch comes ahead of Global Wellness Day, an annual awareness day that encourages people around the world to reflect on healthier lifestyles, self-care and improved wellbeing.
Lisa added: “We hope the Sculpt and Soothe Ritual gives guests an opportunity to pause, reconnect and prioritise their own wellness. It can be enjoyed as often as guests feel they need it, making it a beautiful addition to a regular self-care routine.”
The limited edition experience is available throughout June at Laceby Manor Spa and Resort.
