LAPO Skincare, the pioneering Asian-led skincare brand based in Fitzrovia, has announced the return of its much-loved Matcha Mornings, launching just in time to welcome Chinese New Year 2026 – the Year of the Horse.
Taking place on Sunday, 1 February 2026, Matcha Mornings: A Detox Ritual is a thoughtfully curated 90-minute experience designed to encourage guests to slow down, reset, and begin the Lunar New Year with intention. Rooted in ritual, mindfulness, and holistic self-care, the intimate morning offers a gentle antidote to the pace of everyday life.
Hosted in collaboration with ClassofGlow, the small-group event blends mindful movement, personalised skincare, and a grounding matcha moment within LAPO’s Fitzrovia space.
What Guests Can Expect
The experience includes a series of carefully designed elements to support both physical and emotional wellbeing:
• 30-minute Slow Flow Yoga by ClassofGlow Gentle stretches and conscious breathing to awaken the body, restore balance, and promote calm.
• 30-minute LAPO Signature Taster Facial
Featuring a double cleanse, bespoke exfoliating peel, lift-and-drain facial massage, tailored mask, and finishing ritual—designed to refresh the skin and encourage lymphatic flow.
• Matcha Moment by Hinaga
Guests can enjoy a hot or iced matcha latte, rich in antioxidants, L-theanine, and chlorophyll, supporting calm focus, digestion, and natural detoxification.
In addition, each guest will receive a curated LAPO goodie bag, allowing them to continue the ritual at home.

Ticket Price: £75 per guest
Tickets include yoga, facial, matcha, and a goodie bag, with £50 redeemable towards any 90-minute LAPO Signature Custom Facial (valid within one month). Attendance is limited to six guests to ensure a calm, unhurried, and personal experience.
