The Signature 12-Step Skincare Service began with a double cleanse. Even without makeup, I could feel the hydration instantly, and it set the tone for the rest of the session. From there, my therapist guided me into a private room for the 3D skin scan, which detects sensitivity, spots, wrinkles, pores, UV damage, and porphyrins. My results showed severe sensitivity and UV spots, things I hadn’t actually realised before but am now glad to know!
Based on the analysis, my therapist created a bespoke plan tailored to my skin. For me, the highlight was the CryoTherapy. Because of my sensitive skin, the cooling effect was the perfect solution, it is designed to deliver anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits through an ice-based applicator. The neck and shoulder massage was another much-needed bonus, especially after long hours at my laptop.

Our verdict? LAPO Skincare exceeded my expectations. The therapist was warm and highly professional, and I loved how every step was customised to my skin’s exact needs. I left feeling refreshed, radiant, and genuinely glowing.
