Harpar Grace International (HGI) has launched a new digital platform aimed at helping aesthetic and wellness clinics manage day-to-day operations through a more integrated approach to ordering, business support and professional development.
Called The HGI HUB, the platform became available to HGI partners on 1 June 2026 via the Apple App Store and Google Play. The company describes the platform as a centralised digital environment designed to support clinic management and business growth.
The launch reflects the growing digitalisation of the aesthetics and wellness sectors, where operators are increasingly looking to consolidate multiple business functions into a single platform to improve efficiency and reduce administrative complexity.
The HGI HUB combines product ordering with access to educational content, events, marketing resources and account management tools. Users can view stock availability, order history, account balances and credit information, while also accessing promotions and partner incentives through a single interface available on both desktop and mobile devices.
At the centre of the platform is HGI's proprietary Success Suite, a business support framework designed to help partner clinics strengthen commercial performance and maximise the value of their treatment offerings. The ecosystem incorporates a range of services spanning business development, education and operational support.
Key features include digital ordering tools intended to simplify stock management and procurement, alongside integrated marketing resources designed to support client engagement and retail activity. The platform also includes access to training and business support initiatives delivered through HGI's partner network.
Commenting on the launch, Erica Casey, CEO of Harpar Grace International, said: "The HGI HUB is more than just an ordering platform, it's a central hub crafted to give our partners a genuine competitive advantage. By bringing ordering, education and events, integrated payments and a mobile app together in one refined platform, it removes the operational noise that holds businesses back. The result will give our partners more time, more precision, more freedom to focus on clients, nurture teams and grow a business with confidence."
The launch underscores a broader industry trend towards integrated digital ecosystems that combine commerce, education and operational support, as clinics seek new ways to improve efficiency, strengthen client experiences and support sustainable business growth.
