Braye Beach Hotel
Braye Beach Hotel, located on the tranquil island of Alderney, will play host to a wellness retreat focused on mindfulness and seclusion. At just three miles long, the island provides the perfect spot to decompress and get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The retreat will consist of two rejuvenating nights led by local guides Clare Evans and Natalie Hildon; experienced yoga teachers and advocates of positive wellbeing. Focusing on a blend of physical and mental health, the pair will lead guests on a retreat featuring beach Tai Chi, yoga, sea swimming, and mindful walks along unspoiled shores. The retreat also offers a bespoke menu of healthy food from the hotel’s restaurant as well as a range of nutritious snacks served throughout.
L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa
From 8th-10th November, L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa will play host to a dedicated Pilates escape. The focus of the retreat will be on restoring body and mind through beach Pilates. Guests will enjoy exercise while taking in the spectacular sights of Jersey’s coastline, led by BASI (Body Arts and Science International) qualified Pilates instructor and Doctor of Biomechanics, Joey Freeman. Guests will also enjoy long beach walks across the gorgeous bay, an elegant sea-view room, and a bespoke spa treatment.
