Gran Canaria Wellness is celebrating Global Wellness Day with a thoughtfully curated programme of wellness experiences designed to showcase the island’s growing reputation as a leading wellbeing destination. 

Bringing together key wellness and travel influencers from the UK and across Europe, the itinerary will highlight how Gran Canaria supports relaxation, reconnection and holistic wellbeing through nature, spa experiences and mindful activities.

Day one: coastal relaxation and restorative experiences

The wellness journey begins at Cordial Mogán Playa, where guests will experience the hotel’s tranquil spa facilities, lush botanical gardens and unique archaeological site. 
Guests will transfer to Perchel Beach Club for an afternoon of seaside relaxation, sunset views and dinner overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Day two: mindfulness, thalassotherapy and holistic wellbeing

The second day will focus on mindfulness and holistic wellness, beginning with a guided meditation session and scenic walk overlooking the iconic Maspalomas Dunes. Guests will then enjoy breakfast and wellness treatments at Seaside Palm Beach before visiting the renowned thalassotherapy centre at Gloria Palace San Agustín.

Brunch will follow at the newly opened Terraza Gorbea, offering panoramic views across the dunes. The afternoon continues at Finca Las Orillas, where guests will take part in a curated programme of holistic activities designed to reconnect body and mind, before returning to the hotel for dinner.
