Gomersal Park Hotel, West Yorkshire, has partnered with booking software company TRYBE as its partner of choice.
The Dream Spa at Gomersal Park Hotel will partner with TRYBE for membership management, and online bookings for individual treatments, spa days and spa breaks. Facilities at the Dream Spa include treatment rooms, rasul mud chamber, a steam room, a sauna, a hydrotherapy pool, experience showers, a gym, and a private spa suite.
The extensive facilities that Dream Spa has means that it needs an innovative and adaptable software provider behind the scenes, that offers a seamless operational experience to their team that matches the unique experience guests will have.
TRYBE found that 87% of spa experiences booked through TRYBE are online, with 62% of these bookings happening via a smart phone. Dream Spa now has the ability for guests to offer flexible and easy bookings; from building bespoke packages, to individual treatments, to upselling products, to dining. Guests can control their whole stay in one convenient place online.
This autonomy provided to guests enhances their experience while also allowing teams to save hours by reducing the need for administrative tasks, phone calls, and dealing with outdated technology. Dream Spa will also use the real-time reporting functionality of the software.
