This year, Gina Groves celebrates 20 years of hard work and dedication at Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa. Since joining the team in 2005, Gina has made a significant impact, especially through her role in managing Nádúr Spa and creating the perfect escape to wellness.

Over the last 20 years, Gina has demonstrated her talent for innovation and style, consistently setting new trends in the wellness and beauty industries. Her dedication to providing a wonderful experience for guests has helped the spa gain a strong reputation.

Reflecting on her time at Ballygarry, Gina says, "Being part of this team has been an amazing journey. What makes coming to work easier every day is the people around me. Nádúr, which means 'nature' in Irish, reflects my love for the outdoors and my focus on wellness. I am proud to create a space that celebrates nature and offers our guests memorable experiences."

In her free time, Gina enjoys fishing, foraging, and her favourite hobby, beekeeping! As the hotel’s on-site beekeeper, she uses by-products from the Apiary to create award-winning body scrubs and lip balms for the spa, further enhancing the natural and holistic offerings of Nádúr Spa.

Gina’s influence goes beyond her work at Nádúr Spa; she is a natural leader. Her passion for innovation and commitment to guest satisfaction inspires everyone who walks through the doors.
