The Gharieni Group has announced the launch of Cobotics Innovations, a new venture focused on advancing collaborative robotics within the wellness sector.
The company marks a significant expansion of Gharieni’s long-standing focus on wellness technology, bringing together robotics, software development and treatment expertise to create intelligent systems designed specifically for spa, fitness and recovery environments.
Supported by an in-house software and development team, Cobotics Innovations combines German engineering with operational wellness knowledge to develop technologies intended to work alongside therapists, rather than replace them.
Central to the launch is the introduction of what the company describes as the “Wellness Cobot Generation”, collaborative robotic systems designed to support treatment delivery, reduce physical strain on therapists and improve operational flexibility.
The company’s first development, unveiled at FIBO 2026, is described as the world’s first cobotic full-body recovery station for wellness and fitness environments.
The system combines robotics and software automation to deliver full-body percussive massage treatments aimed at supporting muscle recovery, tension relief and deep-tissue therapy. According to the company, the technology has been designed to create more consistent treatment delivery while enabling operators to maximise room usage and expand recovery-focused wellness offerings.
