Available as either a 60-minute or 90 -minute upgraded treatment, the new spa treatment has been carefully curated to uplift and revitalise both the mind and body, complimenting their holistic range of facial and body spa treatments.
The Everglowing Face and Body Treatment begins with GAIA’s signature foot ritual, where guests are invited to select their preferred body oil from GAIA’s three signature blends; Awakening, Balancing or Calming, setting the tone for the experience ahead. The treatment continues with a rejuvenating back cleanse and exfoliation, providing the perfect foundation for the optional back and shoulder massage, which works to help decompress and promote relaxation, along with a refreshing leg and foot massage to ease muscles and release tension.
The next step features the application of GAIA’s Strengthening Fitness Gel, an empowering blend of ginger and peppermint essential to soothe tight muscles and leave the skin feeling refreshed. This is followed by a luxurious radiance facial, including a gentle exfoliation that helps brighten complexion, through removing dead skin cells, before the optional application of a face mask, gently massaged in and left for ten minutes to deeply nourish the skin.
This is followed by a Gua Sha stone facial massage to help boost lymphatic drainage and leave the skin feeling taught. The facial is completed with the application of finishing products, including GAIA Skincare’s new Mineral SPF Moisturiser, offering guests natural, mineral-based protection from harmful UVA & UVB rays.
The SPF is also formulated with apricot kernel oil to maintain hydration, and geranium essential oils, offering natural anti inflammatory properties and to help soothe the skin. The Everglowing Treatment is designed for those seeking an indulgent, all-encompassing spa experience that not only revitalises the body but also promotes mental clarity and calm, leaving the guests glowing inside and out.
