Mandarin Oriental recently announced via LinkedIn that Emlyn Brown has joined the team as the new Group Director of Spa, Leisure, and Wellness.
His appointment marks a key step in the brand’s ongoing strategy to elevate its wellness offering and unlock the full potential of the Mandarin Oriental experience.
Brown will be replacing Jeremy McCarthy who recently announced his departure from Mandarin Oriental, where he had been Group Director of Leisure, Spa and Wellness for more than 11 years.
Emlyn brings a wealth of global expertise, having spent the last seven years at Accor, where he was VP of wellbeing, strategy, design and development.
In this role he led well-being strategy, design, and development at a global level, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational performance. His career spans numerous senior leadership roles across the wellness industry, where he has consistently driven innovation and excellence.
