Wellness Sound Bath Weekend Retreat (Sound Bathing, Yoga, Dinner & Overnight Stay)
Begin with a relaxing 25-minute spa treatment followed by a restorative yoga session to connect and awaken the senses, led by Down Hall’s Wellness and Holistic consultant Camilla Sheeley. Enjoy a decadent meal in the Garden Room, before a moonlit evening sound bath session. Enter a state of deep relaxation and absorb the soothing sounds of the gong, relieving tension and anxiety throughout the body. After a restful night’s sleep, a revitalising morning yoga session before breakfast in The Potting Shed will set you up for a perfect day ahead.

Breathwork Weekend Retreat (Breathwork, Sound Bathing, Dinner & Overnight Stay)
Embark on a breathwork journey like no other, starting with a spa treatment in Eden Spa followed by a powerful breathwork and meditation class led by Down Hall’s Wellness and Holistic expert Camilla Sheeley; where you will be guided through a range of breathing techniques and states of consciousness, communicating with the nervous system, one breath at a time. A three-course dinner will follow, curated by Executive Chef Robert Pearce in the property’s 2 AA Rosette restaurant the Garden Room, before a meditative harmony gong and sound bath session. Connect with the energy of the sound vibrations, de-stress and relieve tension. After a night’s sleep in one of the luxurious bedrooms, watch the sunrise and enjoy a yoga and meditation class followed by breakfast and a guided woodland walk to round off the ultimate sensory escape.
