Dalesauna has announced the completion of several state-of-the-art thermal spa facilities at luxury South Coast hotels, including the renowned Balmer Lawn Hotel in the New Forest and The Grand Hotel in Brighton.
The New Forest Spa is the result of a significant investment by hotel owners Chris and Alison Wilson. The facility boasts: six treatment rooms, including a dual suite, a tranquil relaxation area, Aspen sauna with illuminated salt bricks, ice cabin with elegant glass mosaic finishes and mood lighting, ice feature, tiled aromatherapy crystal steam room with LED strip lighting and two feature showers with mosaic-tiled enclosures. These facilities complement the hotels existing indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Owners, Mr and Mrs Wilson expressed their satisfaction, stating: "We are absolutely delighted with the delivery of our new spa facilities. The DaleSauna team, led by Andy, collaborated respectfully and professionally with our in-house team. Every member was a pleasure to work with and is a credit to the company."
As part of a 16.2 million refurbishment, The Grand Hotel in Brighton has introduced a luxurious new spa and gym alongside fully refurbished guest rooms and enhanced public areas. Key features of the spa include: six treatment rooms, hydrotherapy pool with neck massage jets, Jacuzzi, two experience showers with wall-mounted jets and mosaic enclosures, sauna with rustic, thermo-ayous finishes, aromatherapy steam room, nail and pedicure station, relaxed dining lounge, and a tranquil relaxation zone.
DaleSauna designed and installed the thermal experiences and pool facilities in the hotel’s basement, repurposing the space once home to the original swimming pool. Dean Edwards worked in collaboration with Leonardo Hotels and Garuda Design. The installation was carried out by Dalesauna’s contracts team and the Konstruct Group. Spa Manager Nicole Warin has been appointed, and the spa is set to open shortly.
