NEW Bramley Sleep Ritual Duration: 120 minutes, RRP £160
The Bramley Sleep Ritual is the perfect solution for those struggling with poor sleep. This soothing, sleep-inducing treatment helps calm a busy mind and offers an escape from the stresses of modern life, and hours spent in front of screens.
Designed to rejuvenate both the face and body, the ritual engages all the senses through touch, scent, and sound. Performed by Bramley-trained specialists, it features rhythmic movements that activate the parasympathetic nervous system - accessible only in a state of deep rest - to boost metabolism, conserve energy, and promote relaxation.
The experience begins with a warm foot bath to calm the mind and regulate breathing using sleep-focused chakra techniques. Surrounded by the calming scents of therapeutic essential oils, you’ll then enjoy a deeply relaxing facial, followed by a soothing scalp ritual using a jade comb. Performed by Bramley-trained specialists, the luxurious ritual is tailored, and combines body brushing with an exfoliating scrub for radiant skin. This is followed by a facial using cryotherapy globes, which help balance hormonal and uneven complexions, followed by a nutrient-rich, rebalancing body massage. Finally, guests are cocooned in a replenishing mask, leaving skin rejuvenated and the mind restored to a state of balance and wellbeing.
