In the heart of the Surrey hills, Beaverbrook’s The Coach House Spa has announced its wellness events that will be taking place throughout the rest of 2024. Autumn & Winter will see a variety of visiting practitioners working in harmony at The Coach House Spa and The Meadow Hut to create a holistic and well-rounded wellness experience that celebrates the changing seasons.
A varied programme of spa days and treatments awaits, including:
- Wild Weed Medicine Heroes (12 September): Led by Jo Dunbar’s passion and knowledge for holistic medicine, the foraging experience for wild herbs and medical weeds educates guests on the amazing healing benefits of UK garden weeds, nettles and wild herbage. Guests are also invited to dine at the Pizzeria in Beaverbrook’s Deli.
- Autumn Equinox (23 September): In order to deepen their connection with the land and harness the energy of the Equinox, guests gather to rejoice the fall Equinox, time of transformation, celebration, and introspection. Commencing with an auric smoke cleanse to raise the body’s vibrational frequency, the journey continues with chakra activating-meditation, breathwork, earthing and biodynamic movement, allowing time to set a personal intention for the months ahead, before finishing the day with a sacred tea ceremony and vibrational sound bathing.
- Abdominal Therapy with Amanda Porter (4 & 5 October and 6 & 7 December): Guests are invited to join Amanda Porter, specialist in Abdominal Therapy, in-depth 1:1 consultation and therapeutic massage personalised to their specific needs.
- Autumn Full Moon Circles (17 October, 15 November): Guests are invited to connect with self and align with the cyclical rhythm of nature, using the guidance of the lunar phases. The experience incorporates breathwork, yin movement, sound healing, and a ceremonial Cacao to give space and provide intuitive clarity. Working with each astrological zodiac sign, the ceremony offers the chance to release blocks hindering guests from their desired life.
