Guests can connect with nature through mindful walks and animal mindfulness experiences surrounded by the scenic views of the Lake District.

Jodi Hollie, expert yogi and retreat co-creator, believes that yoga offers women a much-needed opportunity to slow down and reconnect with themselves. “As women, we often prioritise the needs of others,” she says. “Yoga provides a space to focus inward, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.” Jodi emphasises that yoga isn’t just about physical flexibility; it’s also about mental and emotional strength. “Regular practice can help balance hormones, boost confidence, and cultivate mindfulness,” she adds.
