Out of the ordinary at Six Senses

Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas announces plans for seven new resorts and two spas in 2018

The luxury hotel and spa chain plans to increase its portfolio by nine from now until early 2019, with a continued focus on sustainable practices and pioneering wellbeing.

The two standalone spas will be in the Middle East; the soon-to-be-opened Six Senses Spa Dubai and Six Senses Spa Manama, Bahrain.

Six Senses Spa Dubai will offer treatment suites that are each dedicated to a different sense. Opening in February 2018, the spa is located in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel and will offer holistic therapies and sensory experiences based on sound, sight, touch, taste, smell and intuition, helping them rebalance their body, mind and spirit.

Opening in mid 2018 in the Wyndham Grand Manama, the Six Senses Spa Manama in Bahrain will be set against a calming theme of the mystical underwater world. The spa journey will mirror the different energies of the city life, from the sensory stimulation and movement of the street to the stillness and calm of a quiet park.

Resorts will open in Bali, Fiji, Turkey, Bhutan, Cambodia, Shaharut and Rajasthan, India. Six Senses currently operates 11 resorts and 30 spas in 20 countries.
