Buyer Package 3 (2 pers x 1 night)

This great value option for Spa Operators provides a fully hosted ticket for two senior delegates from your business to participate in all activities of the Convention including all the following:

• Accommodation: 4-star accommodation* in a shared room on a Bed & Breakfast basis (Mon 28^th Sept)
• Lunch & Refreshments: Tea, Coffee, soft drinks, water, and lunch on both days (28th + 29th Sept)
• Spa Life Buyers' Forum: a series of one-to-one meetings with leading suppliers (28th Sept)
• Personal Wellness Experience incorporating use of Resort facilities and services.
• Conference Programme: including keynote speaker & Breakout seminars (29th Sept)
• EXPO: Access to the Spa Life EXPO Arena & Networking Lounge (28th + 29th Sept)
• Gala Dinner: including wine, music & entertainment from 7:30pm (28th Sept)
• Delegate Goody Bag worth €100's**

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Participation in the Speed-Networking meetings is compulsory for delegates purchasing this Package. Delegate MUST be a senior representative with purchasing or advisory responsibility for their business and must attend all arranged meetings. If the original delegate is unable to attend an alternative must be provided otherwise you will liable for a penalty charge of €500 + VAT.

* Accommodation at the host venue is subject to availability and is offered on a first come-first served basis. In the case of lack of availability, a local alternative will be offered.

This ticket has been introduced due to popular demand and is available for employees of any organisations who supply (or aspire to supply) goods and services to the spa & wellness sector *RESTRICTIONS apply to Previous Sponsors and is intended as a one off except for small Consultancy firms.

Supplier Ticket holders can enjoy access to the following elements of the Convention:

• Extensive networking opportunities with senior decision-makers from Ireland's leading operators
• Access to the Spa Conference programme on Day 2 only
• Entry to the EXPO Arena on Day 2 only (no display)
• Lunch & refreshments throughout the day

Please note: This does not include accommodation or access to the Speed-Networking Forum on Mon 28th Sept, which is reserved exclusively for our Event Sponsors.

Also, access to Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, and Wellness Experiences are not included but may be purchased separately at additional cost.

The Conference ticket is available to spa operators only and includes access to the Spa Life Conference plus the EXPO & Networking Lounge:

• Gala Dinner from 7:00pm

Premium Ticket

The Premium Ticket is available to spa operators who wish to supplement attendance at the Conference with a ticket to the Spa Life Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony on the evening prior.

Premium Tickets EXCLUDE accommodation but INCLUDE all of following activities/ benefits:

• Gala Dinner (including Good Spa Awards) - from 7:30pm 
• Spa Conference - including keynote speakers & Breakout seminars 
• EXPO & Networking Lounge - Access to the Spa Life EXPO Arena (both days)
• Lunch and refreshments all day.

Gala Dinner Tickets are extremely limited. Early booking is advised due to capacity restrictions.

Please note: If you wish to attend the Conference programme also, please select the Premium Ticket option.

Supplier organisations wishing to attend the Gala Dinner should make enquiries direct to the Organisers.

Supplier Ticket
